Refund policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • We do NOT combine shipping on multiple orders.
  • PLEASE ENTER CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST ITEMS UPON SHIPPING
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    - A $7 Return Shipping fee (plus applicable taxes in select states) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping.
    This is a one-time fee per order, not per item. You can return multiple orders in the same box, just make sure to include the return labels along with the items.
  • All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders shipped outside the United States.
  • Items that are listed as 45% off and above are non-refundable & non-returnable. Due to the its limited release and discount, these items are all final sale.
  • Exchanges based on sizes left available.
  • Refunds and exchanges are subjected to a 15% restocking fee for apparel (shirts, hoodies, sweaters).

Original Return Policy

  • Our policy lasts 5 days starting from the date your package is marked delivered. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that it may take us a few business days to respond to email, but we time stamp when the email was sent to our team.
  • If any item arrives damaged/defective, please contact our customer support immediately within 72 hours photos of the item by emailing support@truebrvnd.com.
  • We currently offer free returns for defective or wrong item(s) when returning your item(s) for a refund. All returns must be addressed to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Additional Returns and Exchanges Details:

  • Please note that you may either opt to use your own shipping method to return your items. If you choose to do so, please be sure to obtain your receipt with the tracking number that you will be provided by your selected courier. 
  • You may also use our shipping service for a flat package convenience fee of $7.00 which will be deducted from your refund.

 

Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and Holidays sales:

  • Items that are listed as 50% off and above are non-refundable & non-returnable. Due to the its limited release and discount, these items are all final sales.
  • In an event the item you received was defective, please email our support team at support@truebrvnd.com with pictures and defects of the item. Our team will then facilitate with processing your defective item.
  • If applicable for defective item: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and Holidays RETURNS:

  • Items that are marked on sale/discounted pricing for these marked holiday sales cannot be exchanged for a regular priced item.
    • Items that are listed as 50% off and above are non-refundable & non-returnable. Due to the its limited release and discount, these items are all final sale.

 

Special Edition / Limited Edition collaborations

  • Items that are listed as Special Edition or Limited Edition caps are non-refundable & non-returnable. Due to the its special/limited release these items are all final sales.

Defective Item (if applicable)

  • If you received an item that was defective, please reach out to our team at support@truebrvnd.com. Please provide order # along with pictures of item(s). Once the team reviews the pictures, they will provide a response on how to proceed. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving. We cannot replace or refund items that have been worn or used.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@truebrvnd.com.

Sale items, Flash sales, Black Friday & Cyber Monday (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, flash sales items, items sold on Black Friday and Cyber (10% OFF and above) cannot be refunded. These listed items are final sales.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you received the wrong item/size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@truebrvnd.com and input ' Exchange + order number ' into subject header.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable if applicable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

BOGO Return Policy

  • For any Buy One, Get One Free purchase, both the purchased item and the free item must be returned together to receive a full refund.
  • If the free item is not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
  • All other returns are subject to our standard return policy.

True Brvnd Giveback Policy

  • True Brvnd is celebrating our community by giving away 289 exclusive items as a thank you for your continued support. This is a limited gift-with-purchase promotion and not a contest, sweepstakes, or drawing.
  • Eligibility
    Customers who purchase two or more items in a single order from truebrvnd.com will automatically receive one complimentary gift while supplies last.
    Gifts are included with qualifying orders at True Brvnd’s discretion and have no cash value. Once the 289 gifts are distributed, the promotion will end.
  • Returns and Exchanges
    If you return or exchange a qualifying order, the complimentary gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    Returns or exchanges will not be processed unless the gift is included.
    If the gift is missing, used, or damaged, its value (as determined by True Brvnd) will be deducted from any refund or store credit.
    Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged, replaced, or redeemed for other merchandise.
  • General Terms
    This promotion is limited to 289 total gifts and will run only while supplies last.
    True Brvnd reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.
    Abuse of this policy may result in order cancellation or ineligibility for future offers.
